Is there any warranty service for your products?

Yes, there is. All robot vacuum products will have 1 year warranty.

Why does my robot vacuum cleaner not return to its charging dock?

If your robot vacuum cleaner does not return to its charging dock, pls kindly check the following:

– Examine the charging dock line cord and look for any damage.

– Unplug and Home Base line cord and then plug it back in to ensure that it is fully inserted with a tight fit

– Ensure there are no virtual walls or other charging dock located within 2.4m of your robot’s charging dock that could be causing infrared beam interference.

Can I schedule my robot vacuum cleaner to operate?

Yes, you can. Depend on models which have that function, you can schedule what time on day and what days on week your robot vacuum cleaner will clean your room.
