I. WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD

ROBOTEK always strive to bring customers satisfaction before and after purchase with thoughtful and dedicated customer care policies. 1. Scope of application

• – Applicable to all Robotek products
• – Warranty period: 18 months from the date of purchase. Depending on the product, there will be a different warranty period (see “Customer benefits” on the product detail page). For the battery of the robot vacuum cleaner, the warranty will be 12 months.

• – All spare parts used for replacement during warranty are 100% new and genuine Robotek

2. Cases not covered by warranty

• – The warranty stamp on the machine is not intact.
• – The serial number on the machine is erased, scraped, erased, …
• – The machine is dropped, dented, burned, disassembled or damaged due to the use environment.
• – The machine is damaged due to water, liquid infiltration or by pets, insects.
• – Damage caused by using the wrong power source, installing the wrong battery; do not use original batteries and adapters, use improper batteries (battery bottles).
• – Customers use the machine not according to the user manual.
• – No warranty for components: brush, filter, rag.

Robotek only charges for genuine parts if they need to be replaced during the repair process, all information about the cost of components is always posted publicly on Robotek’s website and re-quoted to customers before conducting replacement. Robotek is committed to replacement parts when warranting and repairing 100% of Robotek’s genuine parts.
