Warranty Policy

I. WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD

ROBOTEK always strive to bring customers satisfaction before and after purchase with thoughtful and dedicated customer care policies. Therefore, during the use of the product, if you encounter any problems due to technical errors, please contact us directly to receive a satisfactory after-sales policy.

1. Scope of application

  • – Applicable to all Robotek products
  • – Warranty period: 18 months from the date of purchase. Depending on the product, there will be a different warranty period (see “Customer benefits” on the product detail page). For the battery of the robot vacuum cleaner, the warranty will be 12 months.

2. Cases not covered by warranty

  • – The warranty stamp on the machine is not intact.
  • – The serial number on the machine is erased, scraped, erased, …

  • – The machine is damaged due to water, liquid infiltration or by pets, insects.
